Crember - Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer a free trial so you can fully evaluate Crember before purchasing a subscription. Please make the most of the trial period to make sure the platform meets your needs before you subscribe.
During the trial, you get limited-usage access to all of Crember’s features.
This lets every potential customer experience the full platform while protecting against misuse of data.
Crember requires basic personal details at registration to enable its core functionality.
During your trial, our team is available over email to help you understand what the platform can do and to resolve any issues. We recommend exploring the trial before purchasing a subscription.
Subscriptions and payment
All subscription fees are exclusive of GST, which will be charged extra at the applicable rate.
Your subscription is activated once payment has been received. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be given. This is because access to the platform and its data is delivered immediately and can’t be returned.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current subscription period, and you won’t be charged for any further period.
If you don’t wish to continue after your subscription ends, you can cancel it from within the Crember platform or by writing to us at hello@crember.com.
